David Restic has been a practicing real estate practitioner full time since 1996. He is a licensed broker in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. David is a skilled negotiator and facilitator and prides himself on seeing each transaction through to close. David entered the Real Estate business in 1993, he opened a general contracting company that catered to needs of government and bank foreclosed properties. The bank foreclosure market disipated and David successfully transitioned from contractor to Real Estate sales practitioner. Since entering the business David has worked for Century 21 and ERA franchises, he has gained the necessary experience and has been exposed to a variety of complicated transactions. David is also a Real Estate investor, has developped and rehabilitated multiple projects. He currently resides in Mendon with his family and has lived in the Milford vicinity his whole life.
