Mike is a Massachusetts Licensed Unrestricted Construction Supervisor, Massachusetts Master Electrician and he is Certified by The International Code Council of America and The Commonwealth of Massachusetts as Commercial Construction Inspector, Residential Construction Inspector, Building Commissioner and General Electrical Inspector. Mike has years of experience and enforcement of, building, zoning, planning, wetlands protection act, architectural access board, Americans with disability act, and all other state and local land use regulations, he has also served as clerk of the works for multi million dollar projects.
